This company is terrible. We bought a $1,200 router from them and returned it because it was too big to fit in the spot that we wanted to put it on our boat. We called them and told them that we did not open it and had to return it. They said ok. Then we waited. No refund came through. We called our American Express and they reversed the charges. We thought it was done. Then we discovered they charged our credit card again and American Express said the Parts Vu sent them a picture of a damaged router. We NEVER even took the plastic off the router! That was a picture of someone elses return or something! The are lying to my Am Ex! Now I'm out the $1,200 and the router! Real A-Holes if you ask me! I'm going to tell everyone about my experience with Parts Vu! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE LIARS!
